Shipping policy

 

Shipping speed is a very important when you have a new preemie, and we understand that! We have tried to make it simple by offering multiple shipping options to try to meet the speed and cost needed.

Please remember that your order must be processed, fulfilled, in some cases gift wrapped, then packed, labeled and picked up by the carrier of choice. We do our best to have your order on its way as fast as possible. Please keep in mind orders received before 12PM Pacific are shipped out the same day. Orders received after noon are shipped out the next day. Order are only shipped Monday-Friday, and shipping estimates are based on business days (M-F) You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships, with a tracking number for your package.

Please Note: Any order over $250 will have a signature required upon delivery.
