We are currently offering Free Super Saver Shipping on all orders over $59.00 that are shipped to US addresses. Your package will be sent via USPS First Class or Parcel Post depending on the weight. This service is typically 3-9 days delivery time. If you'd like to expedite your order, we offer our standard Flat Rate Priority Shipping for only $6.95 for any size order. With this choice we will send your package via USPS Priority to all US addresses. This service offers 2-3 days delivery time. Please remember to add 1-2 days of processing time - see chart below). However an extra advantage is that USPS delivers Monday-Saturday.
If you need express delivery or prefer a different method of shipping, please choose your desired method at the time of checkout. We offer USPS Express (1-2 day delivery), UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground. We do ship internationally to Canada and to many foreign countries. We prefer to use USPS Global Express for international shipments.
Please remember that your order must be processed, fulfilled, in many cases gift wrapped, packed, labeled and picked up by the post office. We do our best to have your order ready to ship within 24 hours, but ask that you allow 1 - 2 business days. Orders are printed and begin processing before 1PM Pacific. At that time, all orders ready to go are picked up by USPS or UPS. Any orders placed after 1PM Pacific time may be processed, but usually won't be shipped until the next business day.
What is processing time? This is the time it takes us to process your credit card, print your order, create and print your shipping labels, pack your order and fill out any necessary customs documents. We ask that you allow us 1-2 business days to complete this process, in addition to the estimated shipping time, although most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please refer to the chart below in order to figure out when you will receive your order.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships, with a tracking number for your package.
Please Note: Any order over $300 will be required to ship to the same address as the Billing address on the order. A signature will be required by the card holder. We will call to verify the order and the credit card information will be verified. This is to protect both parties on fraudulent charges.

What is your return policy?
Perfectly Preemie offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on our website. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days for a store credit or exchange.
Rules & Conditions
Items must be returned in 100% new condition within the above timeframe. Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged and all tags must be securely in place and in the original product packaging. A copy of the packing slip/invoice should be included with the package.
How to Easily Return or Exchange an Item
1. Include the packing slip/invoice in your shipment.
2. Write your reason for the return/exchange on the packing slip/invoice or a separate note.
3. Wrap the package securely, using the original packing material, if possible.
4. Mail the package to the address listed below.
Note: For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange using a traceable, insured method with any of the major carriers. Refunds/exchanges cannot be provided for uninsured items that have been lost or damaged in the mail, so please take care.
Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail. We'll process your return/exchange within 5-10 days after receipt of your package at our warehouse. For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order.
Is the item you want to return a gift? Indicate that you want to receive an e-mail gift certificate valid for the item's amount and note your e-mail address on the packing slip/invoice.
If you used a Perfectly Preemie Gift Certificate, we'll e-mail you a new one within five business days.
If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

If you need to exchange an item quickly, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase the item(s) you want first and then ship us the item(s) you are returning. Email customer care notifying us of the situation. Not only will we expedite the processing of your new order, as soon as we receive your items we will speed through the credit/refund process.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to our warehouse, and we'll immediately send you the correct item or refund your money (including the original shipping charges). We will also reimburse you for up to $20 of the return surface shipping and packaging costs.
Returns/Exchanges of Packages or Sets
We treat packages or sets as one item, and all components of a package or bundle must be returned/exchanged as a unit. If you're not sure if you purchased a package or bundle, please email customer care and we will assist you.
Special Return Instructions for Items Shipped from the Manufacturer
Some Perfectly Preemie items are manufactured by another company and may ship directly from them (car seats/beds for example). Please save your packing slip/invoice. If you need to return or exchange an item shipped directly from the manufacturer, email customer care.
