Preemie knitter turns 104!

What an inspiring story, I hope I can still be doing what I love at 104!

A Wellingborough woman who knits for the premature baby unit at KGH is celebrating her 104th birthday.

Gladys Tarry, a resident at the Tasker House care home in Westfield Road, was born on May 25, 1912.

And at the age of 104, she is still knitting hats for babies who were born prematurely at Kettering General Hospital.
